Doesn’t Microsoft 365 already back up my data?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or overwritten items are only retained for a limited time. An independent backup is what lets you go back further, or recover from ransomware and mistakes.

How fast can I restore?
It depends on how much data you are bringing back and your connection. That is why we ask you to run a test restore first: it gives you your own number.
