1. Purpose
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Vinera through your workspace, including your staff and partners.
2. Lawful use
Use Vinera only for lawful business purposes. Do not store or share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is fraudulent or deceptive.
Collect and use personal data in your workspace in line with the PDPA and other laws that apply to you, with the consent or other lawful basis they require.
3. Security and fair use
Use only the workspaces you are authorised to use. Testing, probing or attempting to bypass the isolation between workspaces requires our prior written permission.
Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or place loads on it far beyond normal business use.
Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or bulk-extract the service, except where an Order allows it.
4. AI features
Use AI features for legitimate business tasks. Do not use them to create unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, or to impersonate others.
Review AI output before you act on it or send it to others.
5. Marketing and outreach
When you use Vinera Growth or send messages from Vinera, follow the rules of each platform you publish to, and Singapore's Spam Control Act, the PDPA's Do Not Call provisions and other laws that apply to your audience.
Contact people only where you have their consent or another lawful basis, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
6. What happens if this policy is breached
We may remove content or suspend access where needed to stop a breach, and we tell you when we do so unless the law prevents it. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination under the Terms of Service.
